An interactive/educational area will show your kids just how big they are compared to the rest of the universe. And they will never forget their trip to the Sky Theatre where the surrounding dome above puts on a truly spectacular show. The entire Planetarium Tour is designed to entice and inspire. Make sure your children get a chance be time travelers in the new StarRider X-treme Digital Theatre. The Planetarium even has a research center housing books, papers and important works related to the study of the stars. Its collection of astronomical instruments is one of the largest in the entire world; tools used for navigating and surveying and a myriad of other artifacts are nicely displayed here. And if you are a teacher, check out the curriculum guides to plan a field trip your students won't forget.
