General Info

Over 400 well-trained Docents conduct 80 different Tours in 7,800 Departures to Explore Chicago's Neighborhoods and Historic Suburbs. Prices vary according to the Tour. Dress is casual and comfortable. Private Tours are available. The CitySpace Gallery is a Distinct Exhibition Space within the ArchiCenter that is both a Gallery and a Visitor Center. CAF designs Creative, Interactive Programs for Chicago Public School Students, including Field Trips, Classes, Competitions and Curriculum. Prominent Members of Chicago's Design Community participate in CAF's ongoing Lecture Series regarding Architectural Design Issues or on Time-Honored Architects and Styles. CAF also presents courses on recent issues in Contemporary Architecture and Planning and on aspects of Chicago's Architecture.
