Andrew Rafacz Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in Chicago’s West Loop. Founded in 2004, it continues to promote and exhibit internationally recognized emerging and mid-career artists in all mediums.

Document Gallery

The exhibition space features curated shows of contemporary photography and video works. At DOCUMENT we facilitate artist projects and assist in the production of works for their show.

Illinois Artisans, Chicago

Established in 1985, was the first shop of its kind in the state, showcasing one of the most diverse collections of handcrafted work in the Midwest. One of four locations of the Illinois Artisans Program.
Visitors can browse work by over 350 artisans from throughout the state, and learn more about the process and materials from our knowledgeable staff. On display are jewelry, ceramics, metal, painting, wood, glass wearables and much more!

 


Three Walls

Three Walls is dedicated to increasing Chicago’s cultural capital by cultivating contemporary art practice and discourse. Through a range of exhibition and public programs, including symposiums, lectures, performances and publications, threewalls creates a locus of exchange between local, national and international contemporary art communities.


Africa International House USA

AIH has consistently worked to bridge the divides between the peoples of the African Diaspora in Chicago and as a result have contributed to the cultural and socio-economic survival of African immigrants in Chicago with direct intentions to promote and preserve African based cultures and educate the public about Africa and its cultural contributions to humanity. Traditional Africans consider culture the foundation of a people and provides their social bearings... It is very important for the African immigrants and African Americans with shared cultures to promote and preserve such commonalities as well as to build upon individual contributions.

Andrew Bae Gallery

Andrew Bae Gallery is located in the heart of River North art district in downtown Chicago. For the past 15 years, the gallery has been dedicated to introducing contemporary works by Asian artists, primarily with ties to Korea and Japan. Since its inception, the gallery has successfully established recognition from the unfamiliar eyes and minds of new American collectors and museums. Focusing on a relatively small group of talented artists, the gallery carefully selects works for their irrefutable originality and distinct aesthetics. Visitors to the gallery will experience a uniquely soothing environment imbued with selections from its collection, which the gallery owner Andrew Bae describes as "Asian aesthetics with universal appeal".

ArchiTech Gallery

Specializing in original drawings by architects and industrial designers, as well as original prints, drawings and photographs by artists inspired by the built environment. Prominent in the ArchiTech collection are lithographs from Frank Lloyd Wright's Wasmuth Portfolio of 1910, original plans and construction documents from the architectural firms of Daniel H. Burnham, and archives from the estate of Alfonso Iannelli, Chicago's greatest industrial artist.

Atlas Galleries

 For forty years, Atlas Galleries' founders, the Petr family have guided collectors - both large and small - in acquiring an endless array of magnificent art from the past treasures of the Old Masters to the magnificent works created today by some of the greatest artists of our age.
A stroll through any of Atlas Galleries' two downtown locations will reveal a treasure trove of art that links the past with the present.
Out of the past emerge fine etchings by Rembrandt, Durer, Renoir, and Whistler. Hanging next to these works, you will find today's masterpieces by contemporary world-class artists including Botello, Boulanger, Gaugy, sculptor Ruth Bloch, Chicago artist Michael Cheney and the surreal-realist, Frederick Phillips.

Barbara Hashimoto: The Junk Mail Project

Previously based in Tokyo and Los Angeles, sculpture, installation and performance artist Barbara Hashimoto has relocated to Chicago as Artist-in-Residence at BauerLatoza Studio, a multidisciplinary architectural design firm.
BauerLatoza Studio is located in the Randolph Motor Building, a 100-year old former car showroom in Chicago's historic Motor Row District in the South Loop. Hashimoto has been allocated a 2,000-square foot studio in this site to devote time to her private practice.

Blanc Chicago

Blanc's bold mission is to engage African Americans and all Chicagoans through the arts and to ignite dialogue on issues of spiritual, political and social significance.
Four times a year Blanc will showcase one artist in an exploration of a compelling theme. The gallery also fosters a wide-reaching exchange of ideas through its multi-faceted approach to art.  

Colletti Gallery

Located only a block off of North Michigan Avenue, Colletti Gallery is an important resource for those interested in collecting artworks - from the serious collector to the first time buyer.

David Leonardis Gallery

At the height of the Recession in 1990 David Leonardis started collecting art. When he realized he wanted to collect more art than he could afford he got a job working at a gallery. Eight months later allied with Howard Finster, Chris Peldo, Glenn Wexler and Andy Kane he turned a few profitable art sales into a commitment to own and operate the David Leonardis Gallery.
Fifteen years later the Wicker Park gallery is at the forefront of 21st century American Art. In September of 2006 DLG expanded to another location in the prestigious River North Gallery district in order to reach an even broader demographic of art lovers.
DLG also carries 19th century French lithographs and 20th century Contemporary, Pop, Folk Art and Photography and focuses on making people and corporations happy by selling them art. The DLG features an "Instant art collection" group show yearly. DLG suggests that you buy one of each of all artists exhibited. Individuals and corporations find it easy to acquire a well rounded collection.
