In over sixty-years since the Cape Cod Room opened its doors, it has become a Chicago landmark for fine dining, and is consistently named as one of the country's finest seafood restaurants. The Dover sole is flown in fresh every day and deboned at your table. The Bookbinder soup is a signature dish, flavored with sherry. This is a room in which to celebrate the joys of life with a memorable dinning experience. Swordfish, grouper, and scrod all are between $26.00 and $32.00. An Au Gratin-Baked in the Shell Lobster Thermidor will tempt all at $41.00. For the same price, be ready for the best Steamed Alaskan King Crab Legs. "It's hard to describe how good the taste is." Pan Seared Pacific Red Snapper costs $31.00. And European Imported Dover Sole comes broiled or sautéed at $51.00. White wine is almost a necessity here so we suggest you try the pear and pineapple flavored Sonoma Cutrer at $47.00 a bottle.
