CH Distillery

CH Distillery was born from a love of drinking great spirits and the science of making them. CH stands for Carbon and Hydrogen, the fundamental compounds in alcohol. CH also stands for Chicago. We’re Chicagoans. We live here. We work here. We drink here. We believe that quality comes from hard work. We're not interested in taking the easy way by re-distilling somebody else's neutral grain spirits. We make our spirits from scratch in our state-of-the-art distillery in the West Loop. We support the local community, using grains grown and harvested right here in Illinois. We believe in the right tool for the job so we invested in the finest distillation equipment money can buy.
