It was 1963...Coca Cola debuted TAB, Lawrence of Arabia won Best Picture and zip codes were introduced in the US. Not to be outdone, my father, Jim Stolfe traded his 1962 Olds Starfire for a small pizza-joint on Chicago's South Side. Humble beginnings evolved into a strong family business and one of the most beloved pizzas in Chicago.
Over the years our classic family recipes have brought joy to the hearts and homes of many. Quality is the main ingredient in everything we do. Our proprietary, all natural, ingredients including signature sauces, fresh mozzarella, secret sprinkle, sausage, pepperoni and veggie toppings have been combined to be the best, ALL NATURAL pizza.
