 Here at Hamachi Sushi Bar, we believe that the art of sushi has three components: taste, presentation and a lasting impression. Our chefs prepare every dish with the intention of exciting both the sight and taste of our patrons. In
fact, the majority of our menu constitutes original dishes that were created by our head chef, Tee Shakya. We have already built up a clientele of regular customers from Rogers Park, where we are located, and beyond. The quality of our ingredients, combined with our strict observation of the laws of kashrut, allows us to be a go-to option for the most discerning of diners. We provide only the most prime fish available, which this month included a special of the Bluefin otoro, a prized fish on the sushi market.
