General Info

Raymond Yau, operator of the Three Happiness Restaurant, revels in the critical praise given to the wonderful dishes prepared in his kitchen. “The recipes haven’t changed for thirty years,” Raymond says. Favorites include Pepper Shrimp and Beef Chinese Style, which is made with fresh ginger put into sliced sections of the meat and then cooked to perfection. The small portions here are big, and the large ones are enough to feed two people. The Sweet and Sour Pork (a large portion is only $5.25) is perfect, and try Curry Shrimp at $8.25. Just about everything you order here will be served hot and in generous amounts.
