Specializing in contemporary American cuisine, Blu 47 is known for its down-home Southern style menu including a fruit-glazed tilapia, grilled steaks, chicken ''lollipops'' (drumsticks drizzled with pesto sauce and shaved to resemble lollipops). The signature dish, a Bayou catfish stuffed with fresh crab meat, is not to be missed.
