Hours: 
Fermi-lab's site is open to the public every day of the week from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from mid-October to mid-April and from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm when daylight hours are longer.
Fermi-lab visitors are allowed to visit two buildings on their own: the first and ground floor of Wilson Hall and the Lederman Science Center, which is open Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

General Info

Fermilab's Tevatron is a landmark particle accelerator; at 3.9 miles (6.3 km) in circumference, it is the world's second largest energy particle accelerator (CERN's Large Hadron Collider is 27 km in circumference).
