Studio Theater
Located just off the Randolph Street lobby, the Studio Theater is an incubator space that gives small theater companies the opportunity to share their work with downtown audiences. The Department of Cultural Affairs provides the space rent-free to encourage the growth of new creative talent.
Claudia Cassidy Theater
Located on the 2nd floor of the Randolph Street entrance, the Claudia Cassidy Theater is a 294-seat venue that provides space for staged readings, improv shows, workshops and panel discussions, and short-run productions.
Storefront Theater
Storefront Theater, 66 E. Randolph, is dedicated to giving small to mid-sized theater companies the opportunity to perform in a state of the art venue located in the heart of the downtown theater district.

The Neo-Futurists/The Neo-Futurarium
Although originally created as an ensemble to perform a specific show, The Neo-Futurists have grown to become one of the most highly regarded experimental theater companies in America.
From humble beginnings as the first late-night theater production in Chicago, we have expanded into a company that mounts full seasons of adventurous, smart, interactive theater while still pursuing the ideas that inspired our creation. Although we pride ourselves on focusing on the future, we will briefly look at the trail we have blazed in the past.
Theatre at the Center
The Center is the only professional Equity Theater in Northwest Indiana. Located just thirty-five minutes from Downtown Chicago, Theatre at The Center has its home at The Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Munster, Indiana. All of their main-stage productions are fully produced in Munster and feature the work of professional actors, musicians, designers and craftsmen from throughout the Midwest.
Theo Ubique
It initially began performing at the Heartland Studio, producing an array of straight drama, comedy and musicals, and in 2004 started the cabaret-theatre trend in the Chicago area when it began producing musicals and revues at Michael James' No Exit Café-its home since then.
During its 12-year history, Theo Ubique produced 26 productions and received 18 Jeff Awards Non-Equity and 3 After Dark Awards.
The name Theo Ubique (pronounced thee-oh oo-bah-kway) is a combination of Greek and Latin words reflecting the company's mission to engage actors and audiences in an intimate and honest conversation with great theatrical works.
TimeLine Theatre Company
This is a Chicago Theater Company dedicated to presenting stories inspired by history that connect with today's social and political issues. TimeLine Theatre brings Chicago theater audiences provocative work that engages, educates, entertains and enlightens
Victory Gardens Theater
This restored historic venue was once a movie house but now presents live productions by a longtime theater mainstay, Victory Gardens Theater.
Cemented into local history as the site where FBI Agents gunned down notorious bank robber John Dillinger in 1934, the Biograph Theater is now the new home of Chicago's Tony Award-wining Victory Gardens Theatre.
Vittum Theater
Originally conceived as a magnet for community involvement in the arts, the Vittum Theater was opened in 1998 to aid in community building and to foster the personal growth of members of the Northwestern University Settlement House. Since that time, the theater has developed into a regionally recognized resource for quality arts programming for youth. Its annual Season for Young Audiences currently accommodates 13,000 school age children from over 120 schools in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
