The Essentials of Chinatown: Weekend Dim Sum.  This restaurant is very popular and includes upstairs rooms (which are a bit more formal), and a downstairs cafe called the Phoenix Dumpling House (which is less formal and serves a younger set). The menu includes everything from traditional offerings like shrimp dumplings and orange beef, to more innovative ones like shark fin soup and jellyfish.
This 17-year-old Dim Sum mainstay serves up delicious barbecue pork buns and deep-fried taro dumplings, but the pièce de résistance is the Peking duck, carved and served tableside.
